Return Period: You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with European Union consumer regulations.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for greater security.
Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in perfect condition
- Be in its original, undamaged packaging
- Not be customized or made to order. Personalized products (e.g., with a name, dedication, or custom design) cannot be returned.
Refunds: Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the conditions, we will issue a refund within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method. However, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Products or Order Errors: If your product arrives damaged or there is a mistake in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will take care of the issue at no extra cost to you.
